Our new GMP Pallet Knives are completely made from stainless steel and have a 100% crevice free design.

They are ideal for use in chemical, pharmaceutical and food industries. Each Pallet Knife is made from stainless steel with a 420 grade stainless steel blade.

We use 420 grade stainless steel as it is flexible and has excellent corrosion resistance. Other materials like 304 and 316 stainless steel do not have the flexibility. However please talk to us to discuss alternatives.
