Prices may be quoted in GBP, USD or EUR and exclude VAT where applicable. Packing, insurance and freight charges may apply separately. Custom duties and local taxes remain the responsibility of the customer.

Sampling Systems operates a policy of continuous improvement and reserves the right to amend specifications or pricing without prior notice.

Delivery dates are estimates provided in good faith. Sampling Systems accepts no liability for losses resulting from delayed delivery.

Penalty clauses are not accepted unless agreed in writing prior to order confirmation.

Certificates of Conformity are provided free of charge in standard Sampling Systems format. Customer-specific documentation may incur additional charges.

For approved credit account customers, payment is required within 30 days from invoice date. All bank charges remain payable by the customer.

Customers must obtain a Returns Number before returning goods. Failure to do so may delay replacement or refund processing.

• Custom-made items cannot normally be returned.
• Faulty or incorrectly supplied goods will be replaced at our cost.
• Incorrectly ordered stainless steel items may incur a 20% restocking fee.
• Single-use plastic products cannot usually be returned.

Goods should be inspected immediately upon delivery. Any transit damage must be reported within 3 days of receipt.

Sampling Systems shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by events outside our control including strikes, fire, disease, natural disasters or transport disruption.

All goods remain the property of Sampling Systems until paid for in full.

Reusable products are covered by a 12 month warranty from date of dispatch covering manufacturing or structural defects.

All specifications, drawings and documentation supplied by Sampling Systems remain our intellectual property and may not be copied or reproduced without written approval.

Personal data supplied by customers will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
